Job Description
To ensure that all breast frame used for MSC are free of lungs
Qualifications
- Must be at workstation on time with all work apparel clean, sanitized and with all required safety equipment
- Must obey all safety, USDA, HACCP, and plant rules and regulations
- Must remove all lungs from breast frame before frames are processed in MSC
- Must keep area clean at all times
- To donn PPE
- Perform any duties required by management
